Had immaculately clean room, excellent breakfasts, you guys rock!

There were a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge in the room, truly enjoyed that.

Good-sized room, a shower and hair dryers in the room. Lots of food available in the restaurant. Unbeatable and good location for visiting bars and restaurants.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel. Stunning location, neat and updated rooms with a sofa and clean towels, for example. Extra care from the really good staff. Great value for money breakfast with hot brewed coffee and also all packaged foods in the bar.

The restaurant had extensive and delicious meals for breakfast. The service was amazing and the pool was amazing. After a long drive the nice staff was waiting for us.

This hotel is nicely appointed and reasonably priced, has super friendly employees who provide outstanding service. The rooms were newly remodelled and well-kept and included climate control, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels etc. The location was unbeatable, just 5 minutes walk from Market Street Lynnfield.

All in all, it's truly exceptional place that has very friendly staff who provide outstanding service. The location of the hotel is perfect, next to multiple restaurants, Gloucester and surrounding areas, and many food and shopping choices. Go sightseeing and visit Market Street Lynnfield, set a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The staff were pleasant and exceptional too. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was excellent.

we had to cancel our pre-paid/unrefundable rooms due to hurricane Irene, it was without any problem that they retuned the full paid amount to my credicard

We got a room with bathtubs. The personnel was supper friendly and incredibly welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were newly remodeled and very clean, with attractive and comfortable furnishings. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including amenities like free cookies and brownies, as well as water infused with lemon. The large lobby was also very nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially during check-in, and they promptly resolved any issues, like a blown fuse. The location was also great, being fairly close to the airport and next to a great shopping area. Plus, we appreciated the convenience of being near Market Street retail Village.

Central location to Boston and Salem. Easy on and off from I-95. The staff was not the most knowledgeable about the area but they were friendly.

The staff could be a little more knowledgeable about the area. I asked for things to do and they were not sure. They did not even tell me they had a local attractions brochure rack located around the corner from where we stood. When we asked for a dining recommendation, they could not tell me a good restaurant. Finally, they gave me a full size bed when I booked a king. They made it right by giving us free breakfasts while we were there.

Truly enjoyed how nicely appointed and reasonably priced the property was and its superbly friendly staff who provide outstanding service. The location was unbeatable, short walk to many restaurants, bars, shops and novelty stores and very nice neigborhood and easily accessible. It also was to shopping center.
